Great job and I am so grateful that you found your new drug (food and exercise) Whatever your turn around moment was I hope you never loose site of it and keep fighting for YOU everyday. I am on the other side of it-- watching someone I know and love fight those demons everyday. Stay strong!!

I wear my fitbit just to see how many steps I took but I am not worried if I dont get them all in either. Its just another tracking tool for me.

If your paying for her food and eating her leftovers then you should pick the places you eat that will help you make wise choices. If you two have regular eating places you attend then be proactive and do your menu homework to know what your healthiest choices are before you go there. Dont give her the power anymore to…

I need exercise motivators. I just cant seriously commit to it as much as I want to. If I dont lower my numbers by March the doc is putting me on meds. Please feel free to add me so we can support each other....my daily goal is trying to add numbers and raise them in that exercise box on MFP each day.

Happy New Year and feel free to add me if you like... I need exercise motivation. Im in my 50's and have to get my numbers down by March or I go on meds for cholesterol, pre hypertension and pre diabetic.... Need to loose 20-25 lbs. welcome all friendly supporters. I tend to under eat too.

All of you feel free to add me as friends. I would love extra encouragement too. I need to loose about 20-25 lbs. but more importantly monitor my diet for health reasons: (cholesterol, pre diabetic and pre hypertension). If I dont make changes by March I will be put on meds so I am trying real hard.... Lets all work…

You will be just fine without WW... Believe in yourself. I use to do ww and now i only track food here. The WW eating/tracking never really leaves you. I still refer back to it if I get crazy out of control. My problem is more about working out. You probably don't need them as much as they need you.

I went through extreme fatigue while working out and after my sessions. The more I worked out, the harder my sessions got, Turned out for me I was severely anemic. I had to take iron sups until I built my iron back up.

Anyone looking for friends and inspiration add me.... I have been strictly eating the past Three weeks because I need to get my cholesterol, blood pressure and pre diabetes down before march. I am trying real hard to eat correct but I am struggling with workouts. Need to loose about 25 lbs by March.

For me, not enough..... Today I did a little over 2 miles (5000+ step) and I am trying to make it a daily habit. Will see how I do.

just starting week two of the pre-training and wondering if any of you are doing more than she recommends on the resistance days....I die when I am doing the circuits but later in the day I don't feel like I did enough of the workout or for long enough..and the ab workouts--- anyone doing them more than the plan…

First let me say I'm sorry you have to have one. I had mine in Sept of this year with the Divinci robotic system , next week is my 6 week check up. Full with everything removed :( Now you will be a hyster sister. (check this site) I had such high stress pre surgery that I walked a lot and logged between 9-15 miles a week,…

I am in with you!!! Asking to be added to your friend list.

I could use some motivation too, I have been one of the stop and go people but this time I want to really commit to giving it my all. looking for positive pals too.

OK I am back to get serious here again too. Tracking and exercise are on my priority list. Lets encourage each other here.

I have both and found RI30 easier on my knees with the cardio portion. Both are great and I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Non Food related problem could be your teeth.....if you (meaning anyone) haven't had a check up in awhile get one upper teeth can cause headaches and pain in the eyes because the sinuses are closely wired there and lower teeth may cause earaches and sore throats. Just an FYI to keep in mind.

I have last years point plus info and yes I still keep track of my points and some days I know I am within range just by what I eat but .. I also track the catagories that WW uses on this site to keep track of not only the calorie value but I am watching my sugar intake also and trying to reduce that so seeing those…

I will be doing it at home, on my own along with this site program. I've been doing it off and on so I know what my ranges are and have last years point info to keep me on track. Using WW more of a guide than a hard core program for my intended purposes. I need to focus more on activity than food.

I suffered migraines for the longest time...some of my triggers that I was aware of were: -not eating in a timely manner, (waiting to long between meals) -dehydrating, without even realizing it...now I always have a bottle of water -caffeine as stated above -hormones played a big part also-(PMS) -a super stressful…

Im sorry for your loss, :(

Don't quit, thats to easy....work through it and remember that just because its called 30 day shred doesn't mean you have to literally complete it in 30 days....I am personally using the 30 days as a goal but I am not holding myself to it. My body tells me when to slow dow, modify or take rest days. I am on level 1 day 6…

The smaller pant isze is great but getting off one of your meds is FANTASTIC and a bigger accomplishment. Very happy for you.....

Day 5 for me today I feel its getting harder and I don't seem to have the cardio endurance yet...Im using 3 lb weights and they felt heavier today more than normal.....anyone else feeling this happening. I ate a good breakfast more than an hour before doing the video. I am wondering if I am not an early morning…
-
It is a great workout and if you search for 30 day shred you will see tons of photos of people who have had great results. Its all the motivation you will need. There is always some group of us on here doing it at any given time.

DAY 4: Had my rest day yesterday and today it was hard to get moving again BUT ...I added an extra few warm up minutes before the dvd started and I took the first circuit slow and focused on stretching it out vs trying to keep up with Jillian....it helped ALOT and by the second circuit I was better. Im finding I am having…

I have to take rest days every few days, and Im not in a mad rush to get to the 30 days end. I want to keep momentum this round and not get burned out like prior times.
-
hey bethryn, Im sure you can join in Today should be my day 4 but unfortunately my body said "REST" is much needed, so I did some light waist video instead. I will feel better tomorrow and plan on amping it up then.
