Day 3 Level 2: I wanted to try a new challenge for myself so I am going to mix my levels up because I get bored with this quickly and havent completed this challenges in the past. My mind is telling me low, med, high instead of 1, 2, 3 so today was a medium feel good day and I enjoyed level 2 but I dont feel I gave 100 %…

Day 2 completed. Did 10 knee pushups today on first set/ 8 on second. Took the cardio down a notch snce that seems harder for me than strength training. It feels so good to be doing this again. I log it as 30 min circuit/general because I add some extra warm up before I start the video.

30 DS Day One: Lower reps than what they did, I wanted to concentrate on my form instead of trying to keep up. Used 3 lb wt to start. Could only do 8 push ups on my knees LOVE the side lunges, they might help get rid of the chub rub :) HATE the cardio right now, lungs feel like they are going to explode, did a modified…

I would like to play along, I have tried it a few times before but have never finished it...maybe this will be the time to succeed.
-
I got so tired of that so I buy the prepacked HB ones now, more expensive but worth it to me.
-
I agree, your calorie intake is seriously low in my opinion
-
you have the basics of how WW works, you don't need them to weigh you in each week and say "that will be X number of dollars please" I am a former member from a few years back and I was treated very rudely and told I wasn't the typical WW member.....what does that mean?? Was I not heavy enough. To this day what I need…

I love that you said you've struggled but stayed determined and your happy with what you've done. Keep positive and keep moving forward. Congrats! (edited for typos)

The video moves alot faster if you mute JM or add subtitles and then put your own music on the stereo.

I live in an area that if you don't see people out running or walking theres something wrong. I am not a runner by any means but I try and when I want to run I just get out there and do it, I do notice other runners and they notice me but its only for a few seconds and then its over and I move on and pass the next person…

I find the cardio portion of ripped easier than 30 DS. I like them both for different reasons.
-
Congrats!!! I did that too this morning. I haven't been able to zip or button these jeans in soo long and today I tried them on just for interest and I actually got them zipped and buttoned. They are still to tight to wear for any extended time but I am so motivated to keep doing what I'm doing and maybe soon they will be…

you also have to look up on the higher shelves because thats where the healthier foods are too. The sugary junk is usually at eye level especially in the cereal aisles. Clean and green is always on the perimeters.

great job!!!

weighed in today, no weight change up or down, good I guess since I quit tracking this week. It did motivate me to kick up the exercise, I came home took my current measurements and then went out and did a walk/ run for 30 min. It was tough. I am giving myself 6 weeks to get to my 10% goal weight at WW and then will decide…

since I am trying to take up running again, I felt like VOMITING after working out today, and its a positive thing.

I am currently a WW follower, again. I tend to gravitate toward it when my eating gets out of control but I always hit the wall when I realize loosing the weight isn't going to give me the body type I want, I want to loose inches more than pounds so I know II need to exercise to get firm and toned. I only wanted to loose…
-
I am a WW currently, may be ending soon because in my case I only have a small amount to loose and I am 7 lb away from goal, I am getting to the point that I don't need them to weigh me any longer and to get the body shape I want, I need to exercise along with eating properly. I now have the eating aspect grounded but now…

I have both --RI 30 and 30DS and I love them both and find RI30 a bit less strenuous with the cardio. Being on the older side of the age scale I do it every 3-4 days with a rest day in between and I switch them up. When I originally started with 30 DS I got very bored after two weeks.. changing it up, putting on the sub…
