Okay, I can no longer ignore the amazing results people have been getting with these videos!!! I keep seeing the 30 Day Shred, but my friend swears by Ripped in 30. Thoughts? I'm a beginner, I'm doing a C25K program but that's it.

Okay, well it looks like Ripped in 30 wins just for being more current lol0

I've done them both. The ripped in 30 was actually too hard for me honestly. I think if I had started with that I wouldn't be as motivated to workout. My inability to do a lot of the exercises would have discourage me. Don't get me wrong the 30 day shred is hard but even doing that than moving on to ripped in 30 I still found the ripped to be to much for me at my fitness level. Try the shred first than try ripped.0

Ripped in 30 is p--- easy.. every time I do 30DS, I am challenged. I admit I am bored after doing the routine for a couple of months but it never fails to challenge me and is quick. Results are better with 30DS0

Use both? I get bored very easy...I can't do the same thing everyday. I have several Jillian dvds and like to mix it up and do a different one each day, throw in a run or a fitness class.
I'm not against exercise programs (30 day, 60 day, 90 day)...but they are not for me. I have never made it more than a week with 30 Day Shred, two weeks with Supreme 90 Day and 16 days with Insanity.
One thing is for sure...if you do nothing, you'll get no results. Do whichever works for you!0 -
I am on day 17, level 2 of 30DS. Level 3 terrifies me but no pain no gain. lol. I plan on doing ripped in 30 next. I hear that is has almost all new moves so it can help prevent plateauing. If I were you I would start with 30DS and then do ripped in 30!!! That way you will have 2 months of workout planned and ready to go! Good luck , Jillian does not play around!!0

I have both and found RI30 easier on my knees with the cardio portion. Both are great and I don't think you can go wrong with either one.0

Thanks guys! I'm going to start with the shred and then try ripped in 30!0
