Sadly, yes. I actually do my best not to shop there... mainly because that's where my MOTHER shops. :laugh: I prefer Torrid... when I can afford it.

I currently take classes... and yes, I tend to be sore the next day. But knowing that you're working muscle groups that you might have not worked regularly before it's a great feeling.

This is what I do - except I do it on Wednesdays. Just a nice mid-way point of the week... I used to do my weigh ins on Friday mornings but then I noticed that if I lost weight it gave me an excuse to eat whatever I wanted & as much as I wanted on the weekends. lol

That happened to me one time when I was at a gym (on an army base)... my stuff got put on a bench. When I looked through it to make sure everything was there I found that my watch was missing. :mad: Ever since I've either used a lock or kept my stuff with me.
