I frequently have a snack late in the late evening...like 9-10 pm. It hasn't made a difference in my weight loss. As long as it fits into my daily calories, it doesn't matter, for me anyway!

I usually log as follows: Bum Bum - low impact aerobics High and Tight - moderate calisthenics Cardio axe - low impact aerobics or dancing Tummy tuck - pilates I need to get s heart rate monitor because I feel like I probably burn more during Bum Bum than the log says!

I did a forum search last week for this same question. Sounds like most people are logging low impact aerobics for Bum Bum, and calisthenics for High and Tight. Hope that helps!

I'd love to lose 10lbs before I go to Vegas in July, even better would be wearing a bikini there :smile: Overall, By the end of the summer, I hope to have lost at least 15 more total lbs and have to buy new pants for winter!

This!! I usually haul my 3 little kids in with me and you don't see me circling the lot! People that stand next to the machine I'm using, just staring at me...that really irritates me.

Today is day 29 of tracking my food and I'm down 10lbs. I've also stepped up my workouts. I'm pretty happy!

I'm so sorry for your loss :cry: I've had two 1 st trimester losses, one of which led to a decent weight gain for me. I think your plan is good.
