Yep you'll need to open your diary for us to really help you out. 2lbs a week is an aggressive goal and you might consider dropping it down to 1lb a week. Read this link (and then read it again!) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants :-)

My diary is open, although I eat way more than 1200 calories. Feel free to add me :-)

I am! My TDEE is right around 2400 and I eat 1900, sometimes a bit more, and I'm losing around 1 lb a week. I agree with the above poster, try it for a few weeks and see what happens. Then adjust as needed.

BMR is the calories you would burn if you were in a coma. You should never eat below that. What is your TDEE? A TDEE - 20% is a better method. What is your height and weight? What kind of exercise?

This is what happens to me too. I've had 17-20ish days between periods since the end of March. Not sure why, I tried googling and couldn't find anything. I'm not too worried as I'm not looking to have any more babies anyway :-) Oh..and I eat more like 1900-2000 calories a day so I always assumed mine was related to my…

1) 34 2) 5'5" 3) SW - 184 CW - 169 (maybe a bit lower, it's been a few weeks since I weighed myself) 4) I lift weights 3 times a week, and I walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. We also have a large, very uneven lawn that I push mow, and this takes probably around 4 hours a week (won't apply in the winter, sad) 5) I think…

I've had a flex for a few months and I really like it. I wore it for a week without changing my activity level, just to see what my steps typically were. They were around 7000, so then I started making an effort to hit my goal, which is 10,000. I now average 13,000 steps per day. The Fitbit has been very accurate in…

I'm 5'5" and my goal is around 130. I want to fit in my wedding dress for my 10 year anniversary in December, so we'll see what weight I end up at to do that. I'm around 173 right now (don't weigh too often). Anyone feel free to add me :-)

I'm with you! I don't even have a scale at home anymore. I'm doing New rules of lifting for women, so I made a deal with myself to only weigh at the end of each stage. I just weighed myself (at work) last week after finishing stage 1, just to be sure I was eating enough. I don't think I'll ever buy a scale again... :-)

Well look at you! How cool is that! :-)

Aww what a wonderful story! Good luck with your recovery, I know you can do it!

Bump for inspiration!

Search strength training under the cardio part. You'll get calories burned that way.

I'm interested!

I'm in WA, feel free to add me!

It's called an evap line. It can show up after the time limit. I wouldn't put too much weight into it. If the witch doesn't come calling, you can take another test. Usually pink dye tests are best, such as First Response....

You need to put in strength training under cardio, then it will give you some calories burned. I'm assuming this is what you meant

I was also going to suggest the thread mentioned a couple posts ago :-)

Haha! I'm constantly poking my obliques because they feel like ropes now! I'll also admit to checking out my butt a lot, it's getting rounder and perkier (thank you brazil butt lift)!

This has been hard for me too! One thing that has helped me is to drink out of something that I like. At home I like a specific glass, and then I have a water bottle that I love for on the go. I try to drink 12oz (from my favorite glass lol) right when I wake up in the AM. Then I focus on trying to have half my water by…

From what I've read, most people track like this: Bum Bum - aerobics, low impact High and tight - calisthenics, light to moderate effort Tummy tuck - pilates or calisthenics A HRM would be really helpful, I need to get one!

Everything you said is so true! You look great! We are about the same height and same starting weight. I hope I look like you when I get done!
