Hello all,
I recently did the Brazilian Butt Lift : Tummy Tuck and Bum Bum. Has anyone else done these exercises and if so how do you log what your workout was?
Thanks,
Rachel

I haven't tried the tummy tuck video yet, but i did bum bum and logged it as home calisthenics (light effort). It came in at what was probably under for me, around 117 calories, but i like to estimate my burned calories as lower than they might actually be. After a few google searches I saw some calories (higher) burned doing the videos by some other ladies using their HRMs, so you might do well to do a quick search for some comparisons. try entering "calories burned brazilian bum bum" etc. in the search bar.

From what I've read, most people track like this:
Bum Bum - aerobics, low impact
High and tight - calisthenics, light to moderate effort
Tummy tuck - pilates or calisthenics

A HRM would be really helpful, I need to get one!
