  • This is what I needed to hear. I've been in a cycle of loosing and gaining for more than 10 years. Now that I am starting again I needed encouragement to make this time a lifestyle change. I have to do this for myself and no one else! Thanks for sharing.

  • Some people wear dance sneakers at the Zumba Studio I attend. You can just google dance sneaker to find a place to order them online. I purchased mine several years ago and can not remember which website I used. Sorry. You really just need a flexible sneaker.
