Thank you for the advice. It's kind of hard when the family depends on me to be ready at a drop of a hat to do something, it ruins my plans for the day. Haha im loving your daily rants!!! There was a lady next to me one time asking about a "diet milkshake". Really?! It's a millkshake you HAVE to know it's going to be a lot of calories! That's what makes it so dang good!

^^^ I agree. Don't try and start too much too fast, you'll get really discouraged! And find things that work for you! I've dropped a good amount of weight, and I'm STILL not a runner. I found that I love to walk though! And just be really conscious about your food choices. If you can change things, you'll see those first…

I work out about 6 days a week, and normally shower every other day. To avoid as much sweat I can I use a cloth head headband, seems to absorb some sweat and I just throw it in the wash once a week :smile: I also try and get as much hair off the nape of my neck as possible. Usually in a high bun.
