  • Thanks. I'm doing circuit training, cardio and weights at the same time. I'm not factoring it into my weight loss, because I'm a bit desperate. I asked a trainer at the gym that told me 1200 was a good number. Will raising my calories actually work?
  • I eat the fiber one brownies or So Delicious brand coconut milk mini ice cream treats....skinny cow also makes snacks now that taste pretty good. It's not a bad option for occasional treats.
