  • I'd try to do a little cardio. i usually warm up on the treadmill for about 5 minutes, stretch--and then if i'm still feeling sore, workout on the elliptical--it's low impact, which is nice.
  • I like having a bigger breakfast too. I have 2 that I really like--they are both super easy: Apple Brown Betty: Take any apple, core, slice and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.   • I really like the eliptical better. I like that it's low-impact as well. I do vary b/w the eliptical and treadmill, but I'd choose the eliptical over the treadmill any day.
