  • I believe I can do this!!!! I have been off and on Fitness pal for the last year and am down 24 lbs. I started training for a 5k in March and have walked for the last 11 days. Each day that alone is burning about 450 calories before I do anything else so I can do 10,000 Lisa
  • don't weigh yourself everyday or you will get discouraged. It could be how your body processes certain food. I had mac n cheese for dinner two nights in a row. I gained two lbs despite I was under my calorie count. the next day I had more protein etc and was down 3 lbs including the 2lbs I had gained by eating the pasta.…
