Lowering body fat percentage is the only thing that works. Ways of doing this varies. Generally a combination of cardio+heavy lifting and clean eating at a moderate deficit (=nothing your grandmother wouldn't eat, as someone said before me) with lots of protein is the way I was taught to do that.

Amen. She's actually ASKING for IDEAS on how to eat MORE. Jesus. I'd say, try to plan your meals in advance, perhaps? Try to choose 5-6 small meals a 200-300 calories a day, type them into your diary and write down on a postit or something if you don't go on MFP a lot throughout the day, so you always remember what you're…

HRM! Gogo! Best buy ever. I have a Sigma Onyx Balance, it goes for like 80 bucks, and it's pretty damn awesome.

5 years, three months, three days. For three months of the one year long relationship I was fourteen when he was 20. Pretty weird looking back at that. My boyfriend of 2½ years is 2 years, 6 months and 13 days older than me. :)

I can give you advice based on my own experience only. Here goes: I don't lose weight when I net below my BMR (currently 1410 calories? - if I just eat net 1300, JUST 100 calories less than that, I don't lose a single gram. I think you should calculate your BMR here: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and then…

I'm currently around 24.5-25.5% body fat depending on various factors (generally it goes up if I haven't done strength training for a while, and down if I have for like a week or two) I'm 5'3, 125.5 pounds / 57 kg. And I'm aiming for 20-22% body fat. :) As in, I'm satisfied with 22, but if it keeps going down, I won't be…

I sort of need more information to help you, really. :) How long have you been doing pilates? Have you been drinking more water than usual / eating more salty things than usual before your weigh in? Also, make sure to do at least one rest day a week, where you just stick to the walk and some stretching or something, I'd…

That's a really good idea!

1450 on non-exercise days, 1600 on exercise days. :)

I weigh myself everyday. Not because I'm addicted to the scale, but because I like to see how my body reacts to different foods + it's a good way to keep track of my cycle. Also, for weight loss, I'd much rather weigh myself every day and then do a weekly average, than just take a shot weighing in ONE day, and risking it…

I'm 18! Add, add!

I started eating clean and drinking 2L of water every day, and that helped a lot, probably reduced it about 50%

13,8 % weight loss so far. (66,7 --> 58 kg) 17,5% is my goal. :) (66,7 --> 55 kg) But I'm really more focused on body composition these days. :)

Totally sucks. I mean, I STARTED eating more cheese in order to get a bit more protein in my diet IN ORDER TO EAT HEALTHILY AND BALANCED. I mean, come on. Cut out chips instead, damnit.

Well, what I do when it happens (usually every two months or somewhen) a) Eat around 500 more calories than I usually do, just for one day. Still healthy though. That pushes me around like 150 calories above maintenance. I do this to re-awaken my metabolism, that tends to slow down sometimes when I eat the exact same…

I just got my license six months ago and I'm currently living at home, buuuut my dad bought a Citroën Berlingo from 2000 for my use, which is awesome, even though the car basically sucks. Before that I drove his Toyota Previa 1994 (It's the BEST car EVER I tell you! It's ugly and huge, but it's sooooo awesome), and I also…

I've said it to two people I've been romantically involved with - of course the ones that I was actually serious about. The first one was my first boyfriend, A. It was a weird and extreme relationship, I was 14 when he was 20, but we were together for a year even though my parents were downright against it, so we met in…

The thing you do when you're doing crunches and situps is just to train the muscles behind your socalled belly pudge. :) It sure is a good thing to do, because when you finally lose the fat above it, a nice and defined set of abs will spring forward. But it still takes for you to lose that last part of belly fat. You've…

5'3, right now I'm like 129 pounds, and I just want to be 120-ish :)

Trying to fix something that seems like a misunderstanding: You do realise that you're not supposed to calculate your calorie deficit using your BMR, right? The BMR is what you burn when you sleep all day. You don't sleep all day. I'm like, 59 kg and pretty sedentary, but I still burn around 1800-1900 calories a day as a…
