I actually do both...I enjoy my zumba classes and using the treadmill and strength machines...But I also do at home workouts as well. I am starting Chalean Extreme in April. I like using both, keeps things interesting...

You are supposed to do it every day for 30 days. I have a hard time doing it as often due to work, school, and half-marathon training so I only do it about 1-2 times a week but it is a great workout and works muscles I don't use in running and zumba.

I go over every day it seems...everything is loaded with sodium so unless you can eat all natural and all fresh food, it would be really hard.

When I was over 200lbs, every time I started a running program, I would end up with an injury.
