I usually just drink on Saturday nights....usually I eat really light on Saturday and log a 1000-1500 calories for Sarurday nights...has not affected my weight loss yet. It's my "cheat" day I guess. :drinker:

I agree with everyone above - couch to 5k...also just start out slow and do what you can...run/jog for a minute, walk for a few and repeat. Eventually you will build up.
