I've been doing pretty well so far. I haven't missed a workout and I can already go deeper into some of the stretches. I've been doing an ok job on eating healthy. Much better than I have in the past. I hope all of you are doing great!

I'm home with kids all day. I always ended up snacking all day also and not eating an actual meal. I just started logging calories on Monday. I'm trying to follow the piyo eating guide as best I can. It's a lot of veggies and protein.

I'm in! My second child(boy) just turned 20 months and I'm ready to get my body back. Pre pregnant weight - 140 Weight at birth -190 :/ Weight now - 163 Goal weight 130ish I was able to get back down to 130 after my daughter was born but it didn't happen until she was 2 1/2. I started yesterday! Round 1 week 1! I need all the motivation I can get. I've done month one before but hit sidetracked after summer vacation and never finished it. I have about 20lbs to go for my goal weight so I really want to get through it this time!!
