Wal-mart has it pretty cheap in the pharmacy section. I use the Body Fortress brand. I put it in my oatmeal every morning. I really like it. I have never just mixed it with water, though.

My grandparents had seperate bedrooms as they got older for many of the same reasons. Mostly not waking the other getting up to go to the bathroom and snoring issues. My wife and I sleep on a king size matress. Most of the time I don't even know she's there.

Not a recipe, but an idea. I was at a truck stop and saw a 1 1/2 quart 12 volt slow cooker. This could really open up some ideas. Search the forum for crock pot recipes and make them smaller. The sky is the limit!!
