That's not being obsessed. That's being in Control. You have control over your food. They clearly do not. Keep eating with them. It may eventually rub off on them.

Awesome! Thanks!

cornmeal batter and deep fry. Eat it with tartar sauce!! Otherwise learn to love the taste of fish.

Just like that work out video of the 90's...Hip, thighs and Buttocks!!

I know what you mean. The same thing happened at the airport a couple of years ago. A guy was in line asking people to let him in front of them because he was going to miss his flight. The guy behind me told him "no". "Everyone else made it here on time, you should have left earlier". I hate when people intentionally cut…

I found this one on MFP a long time ago. It is AWESOME. No Mayo Chicken Salad Okay, so I LOVE chicken salad. I try my best not to eat it due to the mounds of mayo and fat. I've even tried the low-fat mayo, but it's still not good for you. Yesterday I came across a no mayo recipe and was very skeptical. I had chicken in the…

It's your favorite recipe. Eat it as is. Smaller portion perhaps. Eat it on a hard work out day. cut back during the day to save calories It's not like you are eating this every day. Make it special. I like a big greasy cheeseburger. (say, it isn't so) I only have one if I've ridden over 60 miles on my bike. I always run a…

Eat the skin too! (jacket)

"Get on your bike and ride" It is great exercise, fun and you can do it alone or with the family. It will be great rehab for your knee, too.

If i'm on MFP, I'm probably at work.

Get a Heart Rate Monitor. No more guessing.

To make a reasonable decision, I'd need pictures of both.

2007 Corvette Z06 19,800 miles. I've had it for 4 years. It had 9000 miles when I got it.
-
Winner!!
-
True, but I listen to Christian music mostly. TNP likes Salmon
-
I would keep doing the 5x5. deload by 30% and continue. You will push right through the old max and not even realize it. Definately do 5x5 not 3x anything.

I also log it under cardio, but I use my heart rate monitor to calculate the cals. I run on a treadmill to get the old heart rate up. Then pound out the weights. 60 min usually comes in at 450-550 cals.

True. Beetle TDI 5 speed and Corvette Z06 6 speed. TNP loves the Walking Dead TV show.
