I love Genghis Grill. Mongolian BBQ that you prepare yourself. Take it easy on the meats and go wild on the veggies!! My wife and I go about once a week. Delish. I'm with Sonja, I use the Body Fortress (vanilla) from wal-mart. It is whey protien. I use a heaping tablespoon (Not scoop) in my oatmeal every morning. I really like it.

I only count water as water. Iced tea, Crystal Light, coffee, ect I count as drinks. They are above my 8-10 cups of water.

I make flat bread burritoes. Fat Free refried beans, seasoned lean ground beef, lettuce shreds, Pico de Gallo, FF sour cream and a few black olive slices and salsa. It is awesome. It's hard to do Mexican food light, but this works!! Lots of fiber!!
