Addiction to food. I was also busy with my sons and just didn't have the time to learn to cook better foods. I also was not really able to afford to cook healthy foods. Now I'm about quality cooking. My sons are older and it's me time.

I would recommend a couple of sessions with a personal trainer at your gym. I started with one and it was 30 dollars a ses.. It's all about form. You don't want to hurt yourself. I really love weight lifting. I feel and see the most change from it. Best of luck to you.

Don't do it. It's not worth the time and effort you will have to put into fighting off the cravings and working out to lose what you would have, had you just stuck it out. Do something better for yourself like something fun. I always tell myself noting taste as good as thin feels. :)

I rest my body on the 4th day. I workout through the pain but, I've done this for years. I never work out the same muscle groups two days in a row. Are you drinking enough water and stretching after each workout. I do yoga after my work outs. Hope this helps

I'm 38 DD. I buy Enell sports bras. They have a web site. My girls stay right where they need to be.

I take it you are doing lighter weights. I believe you are burning more but they cant really prove that based on ones body. I would just keep doing what you are and try not to get frustrated. You know when you have a good work out. I know when I do.

I noticed that too. I believe I am burning way more then what the site says. My heart rate and sweat says I do. :)
