Thanks for the clarification!!! The kids are driving me NUTS today!!! But I got a half hour in on the rebounder, and 10 mins of core work.. Its a start... I will get more in tonight after I get my hubby back and and he can take over the wild horde of children!!! :drinker:

I am really excited about this... But now I have one more question..... Sorry I really am not that dumb!! So we need 210 of cardio AND 90 of strength? OR 210 of cardio INCLUDING 90 of cardio? I promise I will get it eventually lol!!

Boy.. what would they say about my 2.5 year old that is already 38 inches and 38 pounds?!?!?! (yes.. his numbers are the same).... I saw that you need to take what ever they told you with a grain of salt and continue teaching her to live a healthy life.
