April 1 Green: Yes Total: 1/20 Blue: Yes Total: 1/20 It felt good to stick to my plan. It felt even better to take snacks OFF of my journal that I had pre-logged so that I could have a bigger dinner!!! I am also doing a no-pasta challenge. That will definitely help me to stay green more days!

i guess its really this weeks "punishment" and then the "group exercise" that are frustrating me... I am not one to give up too easily... so i have been doing all of these lunge based exercises as punishments.. (im not really supposed to do lunges and squats at all bc of my knee)..
