Body fat scales are very inaccurate. They can change depending on how much you've had to eat or drink. Also differs depending on when you last went to the bathroom.

Leafy green vegetables have some calcium... even though I eat cheese, yogurt and milk i still take a calcium supplement

Laughing Cow Cheese is my new favorite thing to add to sandwiches or wraps... avacado is good too

Turkey burgers. I add shredded zucchini and mashed up black beans to mine with red pepper, garlic and onion. Cook in a skillet approximately 5 minutes on each side. Very yummy. I put them on bread thins with laughing cow spreadable cheese.
