  • Yes, you'll lose faster with one greek yogurt per day. It's medium glycemic since milk has sugars in it. Chicken, eggs or fish and veggies will work much better for the other meals. Good luck!~ Cathryn Outlaw
  • I would do something else. I am giving cards with pictures in them this year. I love to bake, but love to eat the baked goods that I make!
