Breakfast was pretty typical for me...oatmeal and yogurt. Lunch was just some chicken and some fruit. Haven't really put much thought into dinner, but there isn't much to eat in my house anyway. Water is great as always. I'm taking today as a rest day since I walked 6 miles yesterday. Otherwise, everything is going great!
