Great feedback everyone! I agree that it depends on the person and situation. I think there are benefits to both and I enjoy both. I definately like the atmosphere of being at the gym and having a variety of equipment for strength training. But it's also nice to be at home and not have to "get ready" to go to the gym.…

Good information! Thank you. My only problem now is that I find it difficult to consume that much protein as I'm not much of a meat eater :) I try to do protein powder, greek yogurt, nuts and beans.
