Congrats to everyone on your progress! SW: 148 CW: 133 I feel great and am trying to very gradually lose 5 to 8 more pounds. Skinny jeans are back and I'm looking forward to summer!

I began my weight loss journey January 26 at 148 lb. Current weight 142. :D

I like cumin, turmeric, ginger, and garlic in a stir fry. Add some whole cloves or half a lemon and saffron to rice. On eggs I like chili powder with a little salt and pepper. I also really like rosemary on a mozzarella and tomato wheat sandwich.

Recording and seeing the calories add up helped me lose 3 pounds in the first week. I love the scanning feature and I'm learning to measure more accurately. I've changed my diet and started going to the gym regularly. I lost my first three pounds just from reducing sweets and soda from my diet. You might want to check out Jillian Michaels book "Making the Cut." I just started her 30 day shred program and it's pretty awesome!
