I drive for a living.....My best tips are to bring lots of little munchies of the healthy variety and chew gum.....My biggest problem is bordum. It can be done it takes being commited...You can do it.

That is so awesome......I want to do a 5k but I work nights and all of them are first thing in the morning....I would have to run it on no sleep....I don't know if I could do it....I am hoping my husband will get a better job so I can get a day time job and then I can push myself.

Welcome....Have you considered doing exercise videos with your kids....There are some videos for kids and adults.....Walmart might have some or look online.....That could be exercise for you and gym for the kids....Just a thought.

Try taking a yoga class once a week or do a video....Yoga will work those muscles.

Are you tracking sugar intake?....Fruit is great but if you have too much sugar can be an issue......I cannot stay under on sugar without really pushing myself so maybe just try to cut back......My other comment not being able to look at your diary is that have you considered sacking on protein....It feels up the body…

You can always do crunches while sitting.....Just push your bottom forward and go to it.....I have also heard of alot of people using those big balls as their work seat....It causes you to use you abs more.

It is a 90 day boot camp type exercise program.....When followed properly you should be crazy buff at the end of the 90 days....It includes 12 workout videos and a diet to go with it includes waitlifting, yoga, kick boxing, several other videos.....It is an as seen on tv thing....I am on my second round of it.

You should add in a couple of snacks and yes more protein.....Protein is never a waste of your calories....Believe me you feel much better over all.

I bought mine at walmart..It was only $27...It does just fine but it doesn't have a chest strap....There is one one walmart.com with a chest strap for $33....It looks just the same as mine but with the chest strap.....If I had saw that one I would have bought it.
