I workout 7 days a week....I just take it easier once a week so instead of my exercise video I just walk some....I guess it is a mindset thing I think if allow myself to not then I will start telling myself it is ok on other days....and I also fell better when I exercise.

yes start off slow...but once you have 10 new pounds of muscle your body will burn a pound a week extra without doing anything....It will burn 500 ca extra a day....and with exercise it will get easier to loose weight.

get a Heart rate monitor....walmart has them for $27...not the greatest ones but they work fine....log as just rowing or something...you can makeup your own name if you want

track everything.....fruit can be higher in calories and sugar then you think...I try to eat 5 veggies a day and no more then 2 fruits a day and also I go for 5 proteins a day (p90x)...I denote this in the food diary notes....It really helps and the other thing is try to eat as many colors of fruits and veggies a day as…

It will be ok.....I really love taking walks especially at night when it has cooled down and it is so peaceful....I wear a HRM so I can track calories and hopefully in 4 months or so you can do P90X.....As far as the diet...Honestly I think it is better to loose as much of the weight before starting to tone things up.

I have recently discovered hummus...I like the rosted red pepper with special K Multi-grain cracker...The crackers are kinda sweet and the hummus is salty....The only thing is I have to pack it in my lunch or I will eat the whole container of hummus.

I read somewhere that starvation mode is eating less then half the calories your body needs to function.....So admittedly I don't all my exercise calories but I doi eat more then half my total.......You will se if you try that eating the right kind of calories makes your burn work better to burn fat....If you don't think…

So today sucks.....Tomorrow is a new day......Why not try walking some to burn off some of those calories and just remember the new life your are making for yourself is a daily process the important thing is not quit over one bad day....You can do it....It is ok to have bad days once in a while.

Use your monitor just the same as running....I always use my HRM anytime I exercise no matter what kind of exercise it is....so I can enter it on here.

I try to limit fruit because it is high in sugar (natural or not) I eat no more then 2 servings a day.....just try to cut back on carbs. Oh and admittedly I still am over on it if I don't pay attention....It is all a joggling act.....

For your butt lots of sqauts and hey I do crunch even sometimes even at stop light in the car you could do that in your seat at work.....Maybe buy one of those big exercise balls to sit on...also I walk as much as possible...can you talk 15 minutes and go for a walk...I love walking at night...it is so much cooler.

Protein is ok and fiber also both are good and actually help keep you full and moving smoothly....It is fine....also I track sugar too....not easy to stay where you need to be but I try to as close as possible.
