  • I'm almost always over on protein and under on carbs. I feel like I'm making good choices most of the time so I don't mind the over/under. I don't eat hardly any bread and avoid gluten which cuts the carbs. I think you are fine unless as someone above said, you feel you need more energy. You should do well.
