I can SO RELATE!!! Coke has been the hardest thing for me to cut out. I tried a diet coke because it has no calories - but I really don't like the taste or the headaches I get from it! Keep up the good work!

Weight today: 225.6....at least it is progress! Water challenge: I managed to do it every day - even though I would rather have had a quote Fitness: did 30 minutes on weightloss setting 5/7 days (disappointed it says that it only burned 111 calories though!)

I am new too and I can't believe how it opened my eyes to how many calories I was consuming in a day! It is really encouraging to see all of your weight loss that you all have.....hope that I can make a chart and see some weight loss shortly :)
