  • Ice cream, chocolate, lattes, being able to get a latte anywhere and not having to call ahead to see if they have almond milk. I miss yogurt and butter and cheese. I miss it all as I am only one month dairy free but already feeling so much better that I know it is worth it.

  • GREAT IDEA!!! My huband is 8 inches taller than me and is very muscular and he is still 40 lbs. lighter than me. I just want to weigh less and have more endurance.....will it ever happen?!?!? :)

  • And did I mention how much I hate seeing 0 lbs lost!!!! Once you join you can't change your start weight, so because I started a year ago I have to lose the 20 before I start seeing a loss on the ticker.....kind of depressing!!!

  • My weigh in today is 220.6....but I can't remember what I was last week off the top of my head. I was pretty close on my calories every day except the weekend where I completely blew it - but I am still down in weight so I am trying not to dwell on it .

  • When I do something like that I immediately enter it into my daily log and see if I can try to salvage the day with a light dinner and some exercise. Also, I would go give the rest of them away to anyone you can find - leave them for the secretaries or other teachers!
