i workout 6 days a week monday and friday are boot camp and tuesday in basically bootcamp in a box meaning a smaller room wednesday is power hour which is weights and thurs is zumba

im 5'7 and want to be at 150 im now at 183 started at 207

our local gym is having a contest for $1000 , Im not in it but are following the ladies that are. Its a good motivation for me.

yes you can still loose weight i have been on a 1200 calorie diet since Jan1 and have lost 15 lbs
