Yeah I thought that one, but I have a really small appetite. It's actually more than I used to eat before joining MFP. I never ate breakfast and usually skipped dinner so I'm quite chuffed with myself to have started eating what I have. I will hopefully keep building my calories up.

I'm starting level 2 today, bit apprehensive though as I was with the first level. I still can't seem to do the push ups, obviously don't have the upper body strength...not even following the easier version. I've replaced them with sit up's at the moment until I gain a little more strength.

Hey. I just log the 30DS as Circuit training, as do a few people on here. I probably wouldn't rush into the levels but depends on your fitness. The first 2 times killed me to the point I could hardly move, but not it's a little easier, but after 5 days don't think I'm ready just yet to move on. Hope this helps.
