Elliptical...calories burnt question!
I've noticed people's statuses on the message boards that say burnt 1023 calories doing 40 mins of elliptical. However, when I go on mine it only usually says 323 calories for 30 mins. I'm currently doing the 30 min shred but can't figure out how to add this as exercise...if I add cardio it asks for calories burnt and I have absolutely no idea how many I did. It also covers strength...any idea's?
