Hey everyone. I'm a newbie to this site, I'm just embarking on my weight loss for my wedding in may and hoping for lots of inspiration and motivation. My question is, I purchased some weight watchers digital scales a few months ago and have nothing but trouble with them, they give me different readings in different parts of my house and can change by quite a few pounds in a matter of minutes. Any recommendations on the best ones to buy or should I just weigh in at the doctors every month? Thanks. Haylee

You don't need anything fancy .... and most claims of all the " other " readings are not accurate by a long shot ! Go basic and old school .. the numbers don't lie, but nor do they mean everything. If you are a " number " person ... I encourage you to only weigh in once a week, first thing after you wake up and use the restroom. Our bodies will fluctuate within minutes, hours and days .... so many things come into consideration. Do NOT allow a scale to dictate your accomplishments. I wish you the BEST of luck ! :)
