Hi Guys I'm kinda new here, been doing my food diary now for over a week but haven't really used the message boards. My current weight is 163lbs (11st 9lbs) height 5.5. I've been tying on and off since my baby was born 18 months ago to shed some flab but always seem to tired, stressed but as I'm due to get married in May the bingo wings and spare tyre have got to go! I've also given up smoking 4 weeks ago and came off my nicotine patches 2 days ago so trying to steer clear of the dorito's as I have put on 2lbs from nicotine withdrawal. I don't really get to go to the gym as I live in the middle of no-where, my partner works what seems like 24/7 and don't drive, so my main exercise is my cross trainer once the kids are settled and walking if the weather permits. I have just purchased Jillian Michaels - 30 days shred so hopefully it will arrive soon and I can get on with it! Any help & support would be great, feel free to add me. Haylee

  • Hi All, My name is Celeste i am 25 years old and live in South Africa, I started exercising and watching what I ate about 3/4 months ago ( I didnt go on diet, just stopped junk food, sodas ect....) I was 158 lbs before I started and am now 141 lbs, the only prob is that I have been 141 lbs for weeks now and just cant seem to drop, i skip at home and have started skipping more but nothing seems to be working, any ideas to why this is happening & what I can do to sort this out. Please add me as a friend if you keen, i always find it easier to lose weight when there is a group of you motivating each other. Thanks
