Help! What do I eat??!!

I'm meeting with some friends tomorrow night at a grill night, the menu includes meat meat and more meat! You have to choose your own off a slab and they cook it. I know to pass on the chips and steak sauces etc, but what is the best part of the meat to go for (think most of it is steak). I've lost 4lbs this week and don't want to fudge it up!! Any suggestions please?

    Chicken or shrimp if they're available!

    Lean steak (not a huge serve!) or chicken breast. Ask for veggies or salad with sauce/ dressing on the side. Baked potato with sour cream on the side. Skip the bread and the starters.
