Help with entering exercise

I'm currently doing the 30 min shred but can't figure out how to add this as exercise...if I add cardio it asks for calories burnt and I have absolutely no idea how many I did. It also covers strength...any idea's?

    the only real way to know is to buy a heartrate monitor. Besides that, it's pretty much a guess as to what you burn.....Maybe find some others that have done it and see if they compare in size to you and do your best guess, but honestly the heartrate monitor is the best investment you can do.....they start at like 50.00 for a pretty good one.
