My resting was only 900 something with desk job 1134 per day!

I had it done and found out that I have a very low metabolism. Charts/calculators said I should burn 1700 cals a day with my desk job and no exercise, I really only burn 1134. I was eating too much! So I now have a good HRM and manage my eating with my 1134 cals a day + what I burn in workouts. Best money spent!

I am 38 1/2 andmy heaviest was 216. My weight has been a yo-yo. Lose it, gain it! I have 25 lbs to lose to get to my lowest weight I have been at in my adulthood. Feel free to add me!

I weigh everyday, because it helps me to stay accountable. I do realize there are fluctuations so I log once I hit a pound or more gone.

I had a metabolic assessment done and I too have a slow metabolism. My resting heart rate is 907 cals per day! Add on my desk job and I am at 1179. So, I have to work really hard to lose weight. I understand the slow metabolism thing!

I had a metabolic assessment done ant it was determined I have a resting metabolic rate of 907 calories, add on my desk job and I am at 1179 for the day. So I was put on 1100 cals a day + eating back my exercise calories.

Exactly what I did, and found out I am WAY less than the online calculators. My resting metabolic rate is only 907, calculators show I should be around 1383.

Had a metabolic assessment done because I suspected a low metabolism. Turns out I was right. My TDEE is 1134 with a daily desk job. So if I want to be able to eat I have to workout a lot.
