Night workouts and protein after
I am not able to work out in the mornings so all of my workouts happen in the evening. Trainer says to make sure I have some protein after my workouts and I usually will have a protein bar or shake (only processed type foods I eat). My frustrations have set in with me not losing weight. After taking a week off of exercise (was working out alot) and still staying within my calorie allowance I am just not losing. Anyone losing for an upcoming vacation?
I leave for my annual trip Jamaica in 67 days 19 hrs 44 mins (not that I am counting, lol). Anyone else using a vacation as a motivational goal to lose the weight? My profile pic is from a couple of years ago. I am about 16 pounds from being back to that. Doubt I can lose 16 in 67 days, but I hope to get back to that.
