  • I think it helped me stay on track...just getting back to counting calories alone really helped :)
  • I would also suggest a HRM for weight lifting. I don't lift weights, per se, but the pole fitness I do is more strength training than cardio. I wear my Garmin and my HRM to get a more accurate calculation of the calories I burn. It's a small about, but every little bit helps :)
  • IronDeli....well, who knew? I've seen your posts in L&O and read your Ironman RR (major congratulations, btw), but I didn't connect the two :)
  • What about Parkay Spray Vegetable Oil Spread? lol...I don't know if that's "margarine" but it's a spray and it's 0 calories and 0 cholesterol ?? I use it on like corn on the cob, toast, etc. Not sure if it would coat popcorn, though...you'd just have to try it and let me know :)
