Hey, thanks :) i was a little over 11 stone, im now 9 stone, im pretty tall which i think makes me look thinner. Ive tried every diet going but what worked the most was sticking to 1600 cals daily and running. I also did the 30DS and some various yoga dvds, but mainly running was my exercise.

Hey :) im on day 3 too!! i dont feel the burn really bad in my thighs, more my arms, but i am using 5kg weights lol

Know I probably shouldt but I just did a quick measure and I've already lost half an inch from my thighs and hips!! Yay love this DVD

Oohhh only just found all this community! Fun!... Well I'm on day 2 today, loved yesterday's wasn't too hard I thought, mainly just you never stop was difficult, but for 30 mins I can cope lol. Taken pics and measurements so hoping to see some decent change :) AL hiiiiiii, lol we have started at the same time :)
