It all depends on what your aim is, to gain size or to stay lean. Of course, you are never going to bulk even with high weights since you are a female. But, you will get a leaner look if you do more reps. I would say do more reps, as I see more muscle definition in my arms and legs when I am doing more reps at a lighter…

Protein Shake, or a fruit with string cheese. I work out at nights most of the time, sometimes I eat my dinner and wait couple of hours to do the workout. It all depends on the intensity of the workout.

I know that they cant check your credit score before informing you, they have to have to your permission in order to run the check. As for the loan, you should have 6 months after graduation to repay it back, even then you can ask for an extension if you are not employed right away.

Its the muscle weight, you can tell from your pants and shirt sizes going down that you are losing inches. Muscle takes less space but weighs more or the same as fat. Just keep up the work, and pay attention to the nutrition combined with cardio you will get to your goals.

Yes, when I set up, I had entered my age, weight, height and the sex. I am just getting surprised at the number of calories it gives me, I guess I am used to the Treadmill numbers!

Welcome :) You can drink a protein shake, or eat a banana with string cheese an hour or more before the workout. This way you have energy to do the workout, and you can drink a protein shake after the workout.

Just don't eat 10 of them everyday, I think you should be fine for today :)

Your body can only handle 35g at a time, so if you take more than 35 at a time, that will stored. Otherwise, you should be good.
