My friend made a resolution to not weigh herself. Still hasn't all year long. I'd go crazy. I have to be able to see progress. Or if no progress means I need to work harder.

CW: 162 GW for Feb: 150-155 I workout 4-5 days a week. Mostly cardio. Try to eat healthy and count my calories. :)
