Try going Gluten, Dairy & Sugar free Monday to Friday. It helps a lot!

Do not quit! Try eating only meat & non-starchy veggies Monday to Friday. Gluten free, Dairy free & Sugar free foods on weekends. This is working for me! Every now and then I eat Gluten, Dairy & Sugar e.g. special occasions/when I am at someone else's house/parties only :wink:
