Welcome. I am in the US. My food is my weakness. My biggest problem is what I eat and when. The bulk of the day I usually go without eating at night I turn into the food monster. All the crap is now gone. Food shopping on Sunday from a clean eating list so no junk allowed.

Welcome Ladies. I'm not new. Just in and out. My goal this time is consistency. I lost over 100 lbs. I have gained 30lbs of that back over the last 2.5 years. I have a personal trainer, I'm doing cross-fit and now I have to get the quality of my food intake under control. Good luck on your journey.

I am 6 feet tall. At 225 I were a loose and comfortable size 12. I carry the bulk of my weight in my chest and thighs. Ideally, I would like to weigh about 180-185. I'm a big woman, big feet, triple D bras etc. Does anyone have a printable grocery list for clean eating. I am at work right now and a lot of pages are blocked.

I am 6 feet tall. I wear heels daily, some days four inches. I'm pretty much over the fact that I am taller than most men when I'm in heels and not a day goes by where someone doesn't comment or question the height.

Have you looked at the ratio between carbs, protein and fiber. I was on the same track. Crossfit 4 -5 days a week, running 3 miles 2 days a week and was gaining like nobody's business.
