I eat most of mine back. When I started on MFP, I tried not to, but the more you exercise, the more your body needs for fuel so EAT THEM. nomnomnom

I just made Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Low-Fat Blue Cheese dressing from Skinnytaste.com. It was delicious!

I drink wine almost every day. Most reds and whites have 20 calories per ounce. Black Box Merlot and Cab both have 120 calories per 8oz glass, it's practically diet wine. I prefer the Cabernet, by the way.

Greek yogurt? Chobani only has 140-160 calories and 14grams of protein. Or you could buy a protein shake/powder and for 90 calories get up to 20 grams of protein in one scoop...

1/3 cup southern hasbrowns w/ 1/8 c reduced fat cheese 1 strip of turkey bacon 1 fried egg with 1/8 c reduced fat cheese 230 calories I also like to have 1/4 cup (uncooked) cooked grits w/ 1 slice reduced fat american cheese 1 fried egg on top Sprinkled with Sriracha 245 calories

Thanks for the advice. I will admit, I'm a little scared to cut back to 30, 45 I can do, but how often should I be strength training? Should I be doing total body 3x/week? Do I take a rest day? It's hard to change a routine when it's been working. Rest days suck for me because it makes going back to the gym the next day…
