I do them both. It's a different workout on each of them. I tend to burn more calories on the treadmill (high incline, slower pace), but the elliptical is my warm up machine of choice.

I have made it, it's ridiculously good!

It's not hernia repair, but it is cheaper to have it done during the surgery and some people are able to get part or all covered by insurance. I would personally recommend having your kids first. Otherwise you may need another down the line or a pregnancy could cause more severe hernias.

I agree. I had a chihuahua and she could literally only go around the block, then we had to plan on carrying her.

My brother is married to a wonderful woman from Thailand. Whenever they have a family gathering, she makes all sorts of Thai dishes, has even asked my mom to help her learn how to make american meals because that's all the kids want to eat. I say those kids don't know what they're missing!
