  • aquafina flavored water is the best i think.. and it has nothing in it at all absolutely sugar/calorie/fat free. and it is delicious. my favorite is the kiwi-strawberry.

WE can do this. i have never been a big girl..and i know people probably think i'm crazy for wanting ot lose weight but this isn't the body i'm used to. college does some crazy things to you mentally and physically...just constant stress and constant eating..but i'm here for support! :o))))
